Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vijaya Power Solutions believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within the same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of service requested by them.
Vijaya Power Solutions does not accept cancellation requests for booked charging slots after the second day, so please reach to charging station 15-30 min. before booking time , if you can not reach in booking time please contact customer support and adjust or rearrange another suitable slot, they can do it if possible otherwise you have to cancel the booking on the same day before booking time otherwise amount you paid for booking it not refund because you book slot and another customer was waiting or may left out from station because of charging station is not available for them and it cost loss of charging stations owner so refund is not in those cases
In case payment is made to a service station and you can’t able to charge your vehicle due to any technical issue we will refund your amount to you.
In case you feel that the product or service you use/received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any Refunds approved by Vijaya Power Solutions, it’ll take 5-7 working days except holidays for the refund to be processed to the end user / customer (*In some cases we will try to refund Instantly after the charging station owner approves refund request but in case of instant refund the payment gateway charges will be applied and after deduction of payment gateway charges remaining amount will be processed in to your account )
